By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in place when you place your order will apply to that order.

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This doesn't mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you begins when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

We take care to make sure prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in our size guides may vary slightly between garments.

Delivery options, costs and timings are set out in our /policies/shipping-policy. Risk in the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We also offer an extended 30-day returns window. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at: contact@doauk.com, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, images and text, belongs to Figsone Limited or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent.

We handle your personal information in line with our /policies/Privacy policy.

We're not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supplier issues. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
