Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your doa pieces. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on leggings or socks that have been worn.

How to return
Email contact@doauk.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with our returns address and instructions.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs are refunded if you return your full order.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
